What is it?

Under general anesthesia, incisions from the front to the back of your ears along your hairline allow for your skin to be separated and pulled back. Varaitions
The Buenrostro by Verita Doctors preferred technique is the one where the SMAS layer containing the muscles are lifted, tightened and sutured prior to tightening the skin itself. Excess skin is then removed and sutured. This method allows the lift tension to be located in the SMAS layer and not on the skin incisions. The resulting scars will be narrower and become barely noticeable upon full healing.
Our technique also leaves the earlobs looking natural, avoiding the ‘pixie earlobe’ look that is a sure sign the patient had a facelift. Sideburns are also left in place to give the patient a more natural look. The coronal incision has been replaced by the endoscopic browlift or minimal incision in the forehead.
Commonly added to the facelift is an eyelid lift or blephoraplasty. Sagging eyelid folds, extra skin and sometimes muscle and fat bags are removed through incisions that hide in the palpebral fold, resulting in a very natural and refreshed look overall to the facelift surgery.

What Is It?
Liposuction is a surgical technique used to eliminate unaesthetic fatty deposits from certain areas of the body, including the face, neck, arms, trunk, abdomen, buttocks, hips and thighs, knees, calves, and ankles. Liposuction is not a substitute for weight reduction, but a method to eliminate localized deposits of fatty tissue that do not respond to dieíing or exercising. “Liposculpting” refers to the combination of liposuction and lipoinjection, that is, the removal of fat ífom unaesthetic sites of the body and its reinjection in sites that require a volume increase, thus, achieving a significant improvement in the face or body contours. Fat injection can be used to correct some irregularities or to increase the volume of glutei.

Variations
Ultrasound assisted lipoplasty or UAL is also known as VASER or 4D High Definition liposuction. This technology uses ultrasonic energy,or high energy sound waves, to emulsify the fat tissue.
